I haven’t updated this blog for few months now due to personal stuff. Now, I decided to write often about my journey for green living on a farm in central Italy. Well, I’m still living in the same house (see photo above) but have to leave soon. My landlady has turned into an unpleasant person and I think it is about time I leave after three years in the same house. It is very uncomfortable without any heating or washing machine, etc. It is freezing cold in winter (just read my old posts during winter) and very hot in the summer. I found another house/flat near the town. It needs some painting and it has not fireplace so I need to install one. It is so close to the main road and that makes my a bit apprehensive. Yes it is bigger, as it has two bedrooms with bathrooms and a small kitchen and I have a piece of land I can farm and many fruit and olive trees. I do not know yet and I’m very confused and sad to leave my current house as I got used to it. The other thing is I will have to leave my cat Bella behind because she is a farm cat and I wont be able to take her; she is used to this area and it will be very dangerous to take her to a place near the main road. I’m so sad and devastated.
This Spring I stared a kitchen garden with my old friend and neighbour Giovanni. I have been eating from it all these months and the tomatoes tastes like heaven.

I also made cheese many times and it tasted wonderful; the sister-in-law of my landlady taught me how this spring.
Ramadan started on Monday and I’m fasting; it is pretty hard but so far so good. I’m cooking and reading a lot and trying to relax as next month will be hectic moving, etc.
