This is just some of he stuff I made this summer. I
spent most of the excruciating hot summer days making the following (not all in
the photos though; this is just a teaser :)
- Apricots Jam (I got the apricots from my
neighbor's orchid)
- Lavender and Peaches Jam
- Beaches and Dates Chutney
- Eggplant Madras Pickle
- Roasted Bell Pepper with garlic and herbs
- Pickled Bell Pepper in Vinegar
- Pickled Artichoke in extra Virgin Olive Oil (Made in April during artichoke season)
-Tomato Sauce
- Pizza Sauce (just open the jar and empty on
the pizza, hehe)
- Pasta Sauce with black olives
- Preserved Peaches in Syrup
